Origami Risk

Hired For: Copyediting

Snapshot: Copyedited the risk management whitepaper for Origami Risk. This was their first whitepaper of this kind.

Results: Worked entirely remotely and only through email and Google Docs to coordinate, edit, and refine the whitepaper sections for publishing.

BluGirl Soapworks

Hired For: Web Design, Ecommerce, Photography, Video

Snapshot: To meet the needs of a start-up small business on a shoestring budget, while introducing a new platform and training for using the platform after launch.

Results: We launched the Shopify website in October 2020 to be ready for Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday weekend and sales. Within the first 30 days, they had 70 online sales, 6% customer checkout completion, and over 1500 pageviews. Within the first six months, they had over $10k in sales.

Six Minute Mile

Hired For: Copywriting, Copyediting, Research

Snapshot: Researched and wrote copy for their weekly email newsletter that generates over 500,000 monthly pageviews for their website.

Results: Over 450,000 words written in 19 newsletter editions.
